Istiaque Ahmed Shawon: National Children’s Task Force (NCTF) monitoring WASH situation at Savar in 30 different secondary schools. NCTF formed school executive committee in every school.On last 19^th March 2015, President and Secretary General from all the school committee elected an Upazila NCTF executive committee by an election. Newly elected NCTF Upazila committee will be linked with NCTF Dhaka district committee. President and Secretary General from Upazila committee will participate in the monthly meeting of NCTF Dhaka district committee. NCTF now is a partner of ICT & Innovative partnership project. Others partners are Massline Media Center (MMC), Village Education Resource Center (VERC), Center for Services and Information on Disability (CSID), mPower and Save the Children. Aim of the project are Strengthening accountability structures of school authorities at local, district and national level supported by children’s use of ICT .Children and youth at targeted schools and NCTF monitor and document the WASH situation by use of ICT and feel an increased sense of empowerment. Improving practice in Save the Children in relation to partnering with children and youth’s organizations and use of ICT as a tool to empower children. On the Election Day, representative from all the partner organization and Upazila Education officer were presented there.
